Klippenstein Crosspost: Privacy Policy

Klippenstein Crosspost is a personal publishing tool operated by Ken Klippenstein. It runs only on his own computer and has no other users.

What it handles. The tool uploads videos, titles and captions that Ken creates to accounts he owns on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and Bluesky. To do this it stores the access tokens those platforms issue, in a file on his computer.

What it does not do. It does not collect personal information about anyone else. It does not use analytics or advertising. It does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone except the platform a video is being posted to.

YouTube. The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the tool's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

TikTok. You can revoke the tool's access to a TikTok account in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.

Deletion. Revoking access, or deleting the token file on the computer, removes all stored data. Videos already posted stay on each platform under that platform's own policies.
